TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing the Sovereign Publisher System ("SovPubSys"), authorized internal personnel of A Media Group agree to the following terms:

1. Platform Compliance
The Sovereign Publisher System is engineered to operate in absolute compliance with the Developer Terms of Service, API Guidelines, and Community Standards of all connected platforms (including TikTok and YouTube). All integrations, automations, and publishing workflows must remain aligned with these external policies at all times.

2. Authorized Use Only
This tool is strictly for the authorized scheduling and uploading of original, proprietary media assets owned by A Media Group. Any use of this API infrastructure to distribute unauthorized copyrighted material, spam, fraudulent content, or manipulative media is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All code, rendering pipelines, orchestration logic, and media assets routed through this system remain the exclusive intellectual property of A Media Group. No portion of the system may be copied, reverse-engineered, resold, or repurposed for external use without explicit written authorization.

4. SECURITY & ACCESS CONTROL

Access to SovPubSys is restricted to authenticated internal users and approved service accounts. Credentials, OAuth tokens, and access keys must not be shared, exposed, or stored in unsecured locations. Any suspected compromise must be reported immediately to the Security team.

5. MONITORING AND LOGGING

All publishing activity, API calls, and system events may be logged and monitored for security, compliance, and operational reliability. Logs are used solely for internal governance and are handled in accordance with A Media Group's data policies.

6. REVOCATION OF ACCESS

A Media Group reserves the right to sever API connections, revoke OAuth tokens, and suspend or terminate user access at any time. 7. Changes to These Terms: Continued use of SovPubSys after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
