A Media Group ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Sovereign Publisher System ("SovPubSys") as a strictly internal B2B architecture. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled within this internal system.
1. No Consumer Data Collection
This platform is not offered to the general public. We do not collect, harvest, or process any personal data, analytics, or behavioral metrics from end-user consumers through SovPubSys.
2. Authentication Data
The application utilizes official OAuth 2.0 protocols to authenticate our internal network of creator accounts. All API Access Tokens and Refresh Tokens generated during the OAuth handshake are encrypted at rest using enterprise-grade Vault infrastructure (Google Cloud Secret Manager) or equivalent secure key management solutions.

Limited data may be shared with connected platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) strictly as required to execute authorized publishing actions via their official APIs.

Internal media assets, logs, and OAuth tokens are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill authorized publishing workflows in strict adherence to partner policies.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect SovPubSys from unauthorized access.
